    Just checking in with you... today is my six month anniversary date. I'm down 75 pounds - still no fill! Only 47 left to go..

  2. For my evening snack:

    One Jello sugar free pudding (Dulce de Leche flavor)

    1 Tablespoon of powdered peanut butter (PB2)

    Thats my day.

    I find most of my meals consist of a protein of about 150 calories or so and a veggie. I'm on out the door early on Tuesdays so I portion out my cheese in advance and eat it on the way.

    I'm vegetarian (but eat fish) so I don't eat any meat products at all.

    On Tuesday, I ate:

    Breakfast:

    One cup of coffee with a tablespoon of sugar free vanilla caramel creamer

    2 ounces of Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheese

    Lunch:

    1 Amy's Texas Veggie Burger Patty (plain, no bun or anything)

    1 medium Kiwi

  4. Hi,

    I have stuck 100% to my surgeon's orders which were 1/2c of food per meal. My calories seem to be in the 700-900 range on a daily basis. I haven't started exercising yet. If you want more detail about what I eat, just let me know... I'm happy to share what has worked for me.
