  1. I was banded 9/27/10 and I'm feeling pretty good. Haven't needed any pain meds and the gas is going away, although it does bother me at times. I've lost 5 pounds in 4 days. Not sure I'm getting enough water, but carry it with me and sip throughout the day.:smile2:
  2. I am getting banded on 9/27 also. I'm actually not as nervous as I thought I would be. Being able to read about other patients' experiences and the advice they give has helped me feel even more comfortable about my decision to have lap-band surgery.
