Does anyone know how much the surgery will cost in total for cash with Dr. Rose?

I was wondering if anyone has been able to find anyone that can or will do the surgery for less then 10K? I see the numbers 4500 a lot but not seen anything confirming I could get this done for that amount? Anyone's advised would be greatly appreciated.... Also I have no insurance so that is the reason for the question. Looking in Chattanooga, Dalton area if possible. Thanks to anyone that can help.
