My story is still unfolding. Like most, I've learned to ignore my body when it's full and I've made poor food choices. I'm tired of my life being on hold and tired of being tired. I'm holding off scheduling my surgery for a little while so I can get into the right mindset and research all aspects of the changes I will need to make. So far, so good. More to come ...
