It's my 52nd birthday today. By this time next year, I will be at least 37 kilos down, hopefully more. Saw the doctor 12/7/10. Had 2 weeks on Optifast then had the surgery on 27/7/10. Saw the doctor today 9/8/10 and everything is fine. Lost 6 kilos on the Opifast and have lost another 6 since. Am still on the mushy food stage and hanging for something a bit more solid. Can have scrambled eggs on the 17th so that will be a nice change. Looking forward to losing weight and feeling heaps better than I did before. Started at 137kilos, down to 125 now. I know it won't keep coming off this quick but you just have to perservere I guess.
