This is all new to me. Everything except the heaviness of my body. That I am all too familiar with. But this is my 3rd Birthdate. My first was my actual birth...my second was my accepting Christ as my Savior...and now my third....having lap band surgery.I have been heavy for the last 20 years....and just like many others trying every diet in the imagination. Just waiting for my change to come. And guess what.....it is here. August 11, 2010.My lap band story.....a beginning a middle and a end.
