I acutally didn't tell my manager anything. All I said was I would be out for x days and I've completed my FMLA request. I was concerned that the fmla would be denied because it wasn't within the 30 day rule, but it wasn't.

So yea, I didn't say anything. No one even knows I'm out having surgery.

I totaly understand you fustration gigis...

To avoid the why, what, when, etc, I've not told anyone at my work what I'm getting done. My supervisor doesn't even know.

I'm just out of the office for two weeks on FMLA leave.
