How to get Pre-Approved for Low BMI (35-40)

Karen, i know someone who's in a very similar situation. do you know if they should have their primary physician to write some sort of a letter? what other ways would it help to get this approved by the insurance?

    Out-Of-Pocket Costs

i wish i could give you an answer... but from what i know and from whati've heard if you do want to pay out of pocket it's about 15-20k Now, since you have been approved through you Insurance then i would imagine since it is a HMO you would only have to pay the COPAY.... if they do raise the question of how much you have to pay out of pocket i would call the insurance company and find out from them.. they should be able to give you a good estimate. either way GOOD LUCK and i'm excited for you... : )

23years old 163lbs should i get it doen?

Totally for myself.... not a person who cares about people nor what they think.... I've tried and tried to loose weight but every time i bounce back to the same situation.... i mean i do have my own excuses too ... Yes going to Graduate School... Working Full Time.... and other problems that everybodyelse has... doing and going through this process would only and ONLY be for myself
