hi chicken and beef goes down hard for me .I eat a lot of smart one dinners turkey with lots gravy and mash potato i can usually eat all the turkey 1/2 potato great lunch for dinner i eat a lot of baked scollops and fish also chilli is good any time, when i'm out wendys small chilli 99 cents and a baked potato or side salad ITS FUNNY I LIVED ON CHICKEN AND BEEF AND NEVER ATE FISH best of luck bestarcher

i have to vg large 14cc band installed and at my first fill last week .i got 4 cc and i can feal it .its hard to eat to much , all i can eat is 1/2 my protine and thats all .its hard to drink more than a sip at a time but i find if i use a straw i can drink more, before the fill i was able to down a bottle of water. i have lost 12 lbs post band (2 weeks liquid stages) then stayed at the same weight for the next 4 weeks untill my fill so i should start loseing more now ,2/3 lbs a week would be fine with me i dont want another fill for a long time!:faint:

Hi Eileen. We met at Lahey support group ! I'm feel great, walking 30 mints a day . No paine at all. just sick of broath and jello . I'm getting hungry at night I'm on the way to meet with the Dr now 1 week check up so i guss i can add cottage cheese to my diet I have been very happy with the hole team at Lahey they are like family my Dr has been great I would highly recomend them to any one . Best of luck I know you be as happy as I am ! Scott

just got banded may 24 by DR NEPOMNAYSHY at LAHEY CLINIC in Burlington Ma I feel great, and walked a lot at the hospital but then the drugs wore off lots of gas pain in shoulders I have to keep moving but fealing good in general

my dr said 7 days untill stage 2 mushie .i feal good taking all my meds in the morning no peoblem getting 5 pills down so i could proberlyy do mushie and feal good ,but i choose to follow my dr advice and wait one week i have 47 years of eating my way now i will do what the dr orederd i got out today and walked 1/2 mile , 1 1/2 hour on the rider mover and took in a movie .i gald i brought jello & water to the movie becuse all i could smell is butter popcorn , i ate my jello and was satisfied
