I am feeling sooooooooo.....................................emotional lately! I think my hormones are going out of whack!

argh i'm so sick last 3 days of work with my current employer, new year means new job for me!!

New pixs, 4 months post op, weight loss slowing down, but at least i'm not gaining!! Appointment this afternoon, hope to be a little over 90 pounds gone

I need to take my 4 month post op picss.........

one of the nurses i work with yesterday told me I needed to be patient with my process, my response "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO I need all the weight gone like YETERDAY!" lol

how's it going?! Hope all is well, just thought i'd stop in a drop a line!

I was fiercly sick yesterday and unable to hold my liquids, went in this morning for a tiny unfill. Finally lost a stinkin' pound after being stuck at 278 for FOREVER!!!

SO First time visiting my family since surgery and weight losss.........my aunt says: "yea you've lost weight, pero no mucho (translation: but not a lot)........" argh why say anything and for the record i've lost over 80 pounds damn it!

Wow it's like FB now! ugh i'm in food detox for 3 days, I feel like I grazed a lot this past week!

Thanks for the pic comment I have a long way to go but it's so encouraging to see that its actually happening! I have about 200 pounds to lose and three months after working hard with this band, i'm down 86. You can do this! The hard work will pay off

I had tried so many other things and gained all my weight back more times than I can remember. For me, I knew this would work because I wanted it so badly and I was finally ready to to make lifestyle changes. Many people had negative things to say to make me doubt whether this was right. Ultimately, only you can decide that. This band is no miracle. You are going to have to work very hard and have a lot of self control. It is not an impossible journey. Many before me have succeeded and one day I will be at goal too. As far as imagining me skinny, that's hard! I've gotten to used to be a big girl that I still have a hard time seeing what is happening to me. That's why I take pictures at the minimum once a month to compare and visualize what my body is doing. It has really helped me, keep in touch and message me anytime, i'll be glad to share my experience

I've been heavy alllllllll my life. Only time I recall being average weight was about age 3! And that is only because i've seen it in pictures!

i'm doing great! I found myself straying from the written dietary guidelines that are my bible, but quickly got myself back on track! I hadn't been doing any exercise so I thought I better get that going. My thighs were starting to get GRRRRRRRRROOOOSS! The walking has been helping I finally had to buy new clothes, and they were 4 sizes smaller...........OOOOOOO YEA!

hey there! haven't talked in FOREVERRRRRRR! how are you?!

thank you I actually haven't had a fill. My doctor and I decided to hold off for a bit longer since my initial weight loss had been so successful. Don't get me wrong, I get hungry and what not however I am very satisfied when I do eat the small meals on my own. It's been all on my own complete will power at this point. I see the doctor on Monday and I think I may get my first fill. The longterm goal means so much that I am working so hard to make sure i'm doing what i'm supposed to be! It was such a long process to get surgery, and it means so much to me, I dont want to ruin it by going back to my old ways!!

From one girl that has to lose 200 pounds to another, you are my idol! It's results like yours that reassure me I KNOW i can do this! Congrats!!!

thanks! I was so excited when I saw the scale at the doctor yesterday! I haven't had a fill yet either, I asked the doctor to let me go as far as I can without one and then when it really starts slowing down, we'll start filling. NOWWW i must admit, I did get sick and had a second surgery about a week and a half ago, and so I think that's what caused the last 8 pounds or so to go quickly. Luckily it was nothing band related! thank goodness! It was so exciting to finally be at a weight starting with a 2!

Hi there, always here for words of encouragement I'm doing well with everything. I have my first fill tomorrow! yikes!! I am simply following the dietary guidelines the doctor gave me, everything he says, i do! I was quite successful losing about 46 pounds before surgery, my personal goal was 40 just give myself a good jumpstart and get me that much closer to goal Keep in touch!

awwww you're doing SO GOOD! almost at the 100lbs lost mark! so proud of you!
