well this is something new for me... i am the worst person in the world about beating myself up when i mess up. It is hard for me going to school at night until 9 and it is hard for me to focus on my eating habits... i really need to get back to journaling my food intake. it is just hard when you get out of the habit. i have been out of surgery for almost 2 years and i had lost 50 lbs. but now i am back up to only a lose of 20lbs. so a little depressed but i am not giving up... just need to get back on track and do what i know is right... i have started walking again and thinking about starting at a 24/7 gym soon. i am open for any suggestions for improvement. i hope everyone has a great day and God bless you!!!
