Banded 18/05/2005 by Chris Debruyne in Belgium. I have lost around 4 stones. Due to health reasons, I had band defilled for a while and really struggled to control my weight. I currently have 5.5mls in band and have joined this forum to make new friends and stay on track. Chatting to new bandsters is very good for getting back to basics.
