  1. congrats! I lost 12 before my ban on the 2nd (started @ 282) now I'm 268. It's been 8 days since my ban. My husband says I'm doin gud. I walk about 4 to 5 miles a day. It's gud when you have a buddy cuz he & every1 else can c it, but I can't. So I'm gone keep it up because I still have a long way to go.
