Cool, Maybe someday I will do a before and after, My high blood presure came back once everything settled down so your forwarned, and I still need the c-pap machine. But as you know I feel great, I'm in a size 14 so I am not complaining. If I should loose more weight, thats fine, if not I'm happy too. 150lbs is good enough for me.

I am 5 foot 9 if that helps. I breezed through the first week of all clear liquids and was up and walking the next day. I feel great and am down to 254 as of this morning. You'll be amazed at how good you will feel 2 weeks after.

I am also 60 and built almost like you are. I am so interested in hearing how things go for you. I live in Pensacola and have my initial consult in 3 days. I know from speaking with my insurance and Dr. Lord's office that my BMI is 35 and will be approved because of my arthritus and high blood pressure as co-morbidities. Even though I only need to lose 60 lbs, I have never been able to lose any. Please update me as you are able. May God bless you in surgery and recovery. I hope your life improves tremendously and that your best years begin now!
