I am just about to have my initial consult with Dr. Lord this coming Wednesday. I am excited to think of the prospect of being smaller so my bones won't hurt so much. I am exhausted all the time, having had one  knee replacement and facing the possiblity of another if I can't get this weight off. High Blood pressure and its medications wear me out too. I haven't been pain free in so long, I can't imagine how good it might feel to not carry these many pounds around. I have been overweight my whole life.
