AL mommy of 4

I have stuggled with weight issues all of my life.  I have gone up and down and tried one diet after another.  I do good for a while then I fall back into my old habits and regain all the weight I lost plus some.  I am to the point in my life that I need for my weight to not be an issue.  I have a 14 year old daughter who I believe, is often embarrased by my weight, an active 11 year old son that I cannot keep up with and then twin 3 year olds, one boy and one girl.  I want to be around to see them grow up and fear that if I remain this overweight I will not be.   My husband and I are very active in the teen ministry in our church and I often opt out of activities because of my size.  We recently went to disney with our family and I was afraid to try and ride some of the rides becase I was afraid I would be too big to fit in the seat.  Also traveling to visit my husband's family is extrememly difficult because of air transportation.  I am ready for a new life and a new me!
