I use my Wii every day. It's awesome. I normally get on to do my Biggest Loser Challenge tasks for the day. Which take about 20 minutes. Then, I may do a little bit extra on there. And, play Wii Fit plus for about 30 minutes to an hour. If not more. A lot of fun

They told me to eat baby food. but, I decided against it! Good luck!

I never had a band but when I looked into WLS it's the first one I researched. My mom has it, and I just knew more people with it. It wasn't until a comment from the Nut that I started to double think that decision. I am SO glad I didn't it! My mom has so many issues. She's CONSTANTLY sick from it. She was worried about me getting the sleeve because it was so invasive. But, she finally told me yesterday that she's SO glad I didn't get the band. She gets sick from just a simple fill of half a CC! I hope she gets that thing out SOON!

My mom is doing an online/actual party of PC in February so I guess I'll be picking one up!

Go for it! Walmart has a new kind. It's a foam... that may work better than the actual dye!

The psych is to make sure you have support. To make you you are fully aware of the decision you are making, that you are in the right mind to accept full ownership of all the things you will have to do post op. It's not bad AT ALL. He just asked me some questions about my child hood. About my eating habits, my life now, etc. It was a breeze. And, he was really nice. They just want to make sure that you are in the right mindset. It would totally suck to go through the surgery, and not to be mentally prepared. It's really a helpful thing! Good luck to you on your journey!

It's hard to tell. It seems that even though people may both have Cigna, they may have two totally different plans... I would check to see if your plan excludes WLS all together, because if so, they probably won't But, I'm no expert. Just call them and ask questions. They were helpful when I called!

Congrats on hubby's return! <3 Enjoy your time. As for the alcohol, I was told NO until I reached goal. So just be careful!

Good luck on your journey. I am in Baltimore, but I had my surgery at Franklin Square. Typically I hate them, but I really liked the surgeon there. My experience was GREAT, and I'm forever thankful! I know two people who had their surgery at GBMC and they both LOVE it. One had RNY and the other VSG! If you need to talk, MSG me!

I'm sorry this has all been so crazy for you. But, I wish you the best of luck! Hopefully, whatever is meant to happen WILL! And, you'll be sleeved in no time!
