I talked to the Dr and everything is fine I am really at the end of it but still a little cough it was scarying me.
I have come this far and trying to prep mentally that would have thrown me for a loop!

* Never get large ever again for life.

What an amazing journey this has been! I am one year out and doing amazing feeling great and wishing I had done this sooner. I am much more active wearing new cloths is such a good feeling and looking back at old pictures is strange.... What does the new year bring me.... More exercise and the ability to sleep better.... Trying to stick to eating right and making good

What an amazing journey this has been! I am one year out and doing amazing feeling great and wishing I had done this sooner. I am much more active wearing new cloths is such a good feeling and looking back at old pictures is strange.... What does the new year bring me.... More exercise and the ability to sleep better.... So update I am now down 115lbs and I feel so amazing! I am a new person and feeling amazing. My life and energy has changed so much!!! I am biking again and working out better then ever so motivated.... Went from a size 5x to a 2x and that is starting to fit me loose... wow... can't say enough how pleased I am!!! Thank you all for your support...

I am taking a multi, Calcium, b-12, Biotin and Iron. I just recently talked to someone who said I should be careful with mixing by Vitamins and make sure to take my Iron at night.
Then someone says take Iron in morning.. I am so confused.. When do you take your vitamins> Does it matter..
