i have tried it all jenny craig weight watchers atkins you name it , nothing worked , for the long term .My moms friend has lapband done in mexico last year and has had great sucess with it , this gave me alot of hope since we had the same kinds of eating patterns, stress and social eaters . I know that lapbanding is not a magic formula I realize that it is going to take the same amount of hard work as anything else , I view this as a tool that will help me control while I learn to fuel my body instead of just eat for pleasure, stress or boredom .I am the mom of a teenage boy , who is my world he is funny smart and a great kid , my biggest fear in the world is I will saddle him with my food hangups this is not something I want him to follow becuase of my bad habitsJust looking here for support and exchange of advise and ideas  cheers!
