I am 41 year old mum of 2. I have yo yo'd for years with my weight. My highest weight was 14st 4lbs, i am now about 14st. I have done both Lighterlife and Cambridge liquid meal replacement diets, slimming word, weight watchers etc. I can lose a couple of stone but then i just put the weight back on. I want a solution that will motivate me and i will see results that will stay off.
