I am not really sure how many cc's I have in, he does the water test, where you have to drink water as he is putting the saline in, too much and the water doesn't go down, then he just draws a little out till you feel the water go down.

I just checked my messages, you were asking about protien drinks.....I get mine at walmart or targer right around 15.00 a big bucket. I think it is called whey protien. Since I'm on regular food now I try to stay away from liqued calories I journal everything so I keep track of protien, calories, exercise, and vitamins (so I don't forget)

You need to flip your before picture.....I had to do the same thing to mine..i think you can do it right there at the before and after page!
