Well Im drinking about 2 bottles of 16oz water and 1 8oz gator aide a day. No protein drinks The shakes are nasty. I feel better but I still take naps. Are you excited? Just a few more weeks.

Im feeling good. Getting more fluids in, but not protein drinks I have to find something that is not the nasty shakes.

Your baby is so cute....I can see why you wanted to get home to them. How are you feeling?

Hey Tammy, I doing good. But I don't think Im getting enough fluids in. I feel weak. The protein drinks are so sweet I can only take a few sips. What is your surgery date?

Well I made it home. My gas pain is gone and Im doing a little better with sipping water. I was having out burst of crying for no reason at all. I did understand why I was feeling so depressed. Then the doc. told me some people react like this, it is called Post Surgery Depression. It is a side effect from the Anesthesia. My incisions look good. OMG, the worst part is the leak test!!! I did alot of crying and vomiting! Has everything been good with you? Do you have any problems with the protein?

Thank you. I'm not feeling to good. I have alot of gas pain. My back is killing me. I've tried to sip water but it hurts. Hopefully I'll be okay to fly home on Saturday.

Hello LovinLife, OMG just 1 day! Join us on the August sleevers post. Where are you having your VSG done?

Hello Carlos, Yay another person who lives by me. You will have to join me and Carolina when we get together at the Hardrock! It is not as easy choice to make to have the VSG done. Just this weekend my sister sent me a msg saying why am I cheating and getting surgery. I don't see it as cheating, we still will strugle with food but in a differant way. I couldn't even do my first day of the pre-op diet with out cheating. Your doing the right thing!

I live in Miami. I understand how you feel when I started reading about him I was so unsure. Then I started noticing that the bad stuff wasn't being said by people who went to him. When are you think of having your VSG done? FYI he will be on vac sept 5 - 13. Here is my number 561-714-9946
