  1. Hi, I just had surgery on November 13, 2006 by Dr. Neal in Shelton, WA. I think everything is going fine. Today I noticed when I take a deep breath that my stomach or something down in that area moves like a tidal wave. Is this normal. Has anyone else had this sensation... I am doing well on the liquid portion. I love the idea about cream of wheat it is my favorite. I quit taking pain medicine yesterday. I feel great just a little sore on my upper left side. All of my friends and family are being very supportive. I went to the grandparents dinner today and just sipped on a little coffee and enjoyed watching my grandkids eat their dinner and squirm in their seats.. I was glad I went even though I couldn't eat. Tonight I went to a movie with My husband. I took my water bottle with a cup of water and just sipped on it. Came home and ate some chicken broth. I am so happy and excited.
