I haven't had the surgery yet. I visited Dr, Keith Kim's office in Celebration Fl because he accepts medicaid for lapband. I have to pay $500 for the psych consult, $100 for the nutritionist consult and a $600 program fee. So in total, I have to pay $1200 and medicaid will cover the surgery.
