I have been overweight all of my life. My first diet was at age 8. I have tried every diet out there to lose weight, and just continue to lose and gain. I have now realized I need something to help me lose the weight once and for all. I know exercise will always be something I must do, and continue to do on a regular basis. I am excited to start this next phase of my life as a more healthy and active person. Not only for myself but those I love and want to be with for a long time to come.
