  1. I started my pre-op diet today. having surgery on 6/29. very nervous but excited! I have never been put to sleep before nervous about that, my husband is reassuring me everything will be okay. I am a diabetic and when i went for my pre-op labs the surgeons office called me yest and told me my glucose was high and I had to be cleared by my physician to be put to sleep! IDK just made me more anxious. Going thurs to see my dr. I told them it was high because I did not take any rx that morning because I could not eat until after my pre-op testing. I'll see how it goes:confused:
