Cheaper US Lapbanding for self pay!

anyone know of any surgeons in Torrance, California. I am just starting to get information about the Lap Band.I am excited but im not too sure if I qualify.Im 5'4 and weight about 197. Ive tried every diet out there, I hope I can find someone who will accept self pay and will think Im qualified.
