I saw your question on Pamie's blog about weightloss and going back to work. I have gone back to work already and my surgery was on Monday. Granted I'm doing light work for now, but it's standing most of the day and walking around, plus computer work. Also, I have lost about 4 pound in 4 days.

I was recently accepted for surgery...I'm ready to lose weight permanently, just need help. I'm scared....I hope I can do this..so afraid of disappointment.

Have you had any weight loss yet? Is it possible to go back 2 work after 1 week? (secretarial job)..no lifting
