I was recently accepted for surgery...I'm ready to lose weight permanently, just need help. I'm scared....I hope I can do this..so afraid of disappointment.:)

The surgery is a relatively simple procedure. Just make sure you follow exactly what the doctor tells you. And WALK. Even more than you think you should or want to! It really takes away the pain quite a bit! You will be fine. And this site is a GREAT source of support! :) Friend me!

Its scary, but I promise you you will feel so much better -- energy, self-esteem -- in a very short time! Even before the surgery the sessions and support were tremendous. Look at this as a decision to improve your life, health, well-being.
