Hey you, got your message on Facebook when I got to work. But can't get on there from here so decided to go this way. Where you been in the mornings? in a heart beat. 16 weeks post op and only lost 30lbs. but without band and at the rate I was gaining I would have put on about 32lbs! I have had to have my port replaced, and have just reached restriction - but it has been an amazing journey so far and my band is my best friend -

Hi photoman My band joined me on June 10 so I am almost your band twin. What an amazing journey. The band forces us to learn and explore ourselves doesnt it. I have learnt more about myself, my eating patterns and my life really in the last 2 months than the 2 years prior to that. my weight loss has plateaued for now, waiting on my second fill in two weeks (first made no difference) but I am exploring that in relation to whats happening in my life too. keep up the fantastic work and good luck -
