  1. Dr in the Kingsport/Johnson City TN area??

    I am currently in the process of my six month "wait" for the insurance. I have started with Dr. Bali in Charleston, WV. Moving to Johnson City, TN within two weeks. Looking for a lapband doctor in this area. Does anyone know of a good one? And if they will take me over from Dr. Bali since I have already started the process.
