Hi Ronda congrats on your surgery date! I really can't believe how easy the whole process has been, much much easier and painless than I originally thought. Just waiting now for the lbs to start moving. I am writing a blog on here, trying to be as honest as open as possible. Like you I too am not sure how to utilise this site, but one thing I have learnt EVERYONE is different! Im going ot post some photos soon once I remove the dressing from my port wound (be warned they will not be pretty) !

I am a newbie here. Getting Banded June 28th. My Pre op diet starts the 14th. I am a nervous wreck!!! Any ideas on how to survive the pre-op diet! Looking for some friends to add to my list ! :thumbup:
