My name is Ronda I have 4 kids and I am 34. I have not been under 200 lbs. for about 16 years when I was 9 months pregnant with my first son! My heaviest was 303 in 2008. My lowest in the last 16 years was 228. I am now at 266. I start my Pre Op Diet next week I am so scared. :)
