Hi Polly Good to hear from you...and you how are you doing?? I managed to lose 5lb in Jan, but I have been in the doldrums for a few weeks but I am starting to lose again I hope I can keep it up. Winter is flying by, I hope to lose another 5 or more before March 19th our daughter is getting married then!!!
