30+ years of struggling with my weight. Hoping its not too late for a permanent change. Am also looking to improve/reverse age/weight related knee and back pain before everything starts to hurt. Surgery was Friday, July 16, 2010. 16 months later (November 2011), I still haven't reached my sweet spot and am kind of disappointed. I plateaued in November 2010 at 188 lbs. and have slowly gained. Went to SWLC for a check up and a fill (up to 5.8 cc's now) Nurse says give it a couple of days to see if this is it.
