I have been overweight since early childhood.  My biggest weight loss sucess was 5 yrs ago, when I lost 50 lbs on my own through diet and exercise.  And now, 5 years later, I have gained it all back plus 10 more lbs.  For the first time, I can tell how my weight is really limiting my life.  I made the decision for surgery because I want to get healthy one and for all.
