    Sleeved June 23, 2010 with Dr. Almanza in Mexico! Awesome experience. My mom watched the entire surgery on the monitor, and was very impressed! If you accept that you are having surgery in a different country and DON'T expect the same treatment you get here in Canada... I think you will be impressed!     Hey I am in Airdrie, considering having a sleeve... I am also considering the Band... not sure which is better. Plan to use Dr. Almanza. Glad to see you ladies liked him? Any recommendations which I should do. My BMI is 38.8 I am 33 Years old, and may still have one more baby in the future....
