Hopes this helps but Tiffykins did really good job of explaining as always.

HELP!I need some advice
I was feeling the same way. I will be 2 weeks post op on Monday I had my sleeve done shortly after you and had a few issues nothing major, However my plan is to start working out this week more, i do walk now but not measuring distance or time just until i feel tired ,it seems you are doing all the right things i wish i can say the same, I was fretting about the weight loss too and just focused more on the inches I know gonna ut it in my mind that this is not going to work , And with your determination i am confident that it will work for you as well so don't be too hard on yourself its all gonna work out!! I want to know How in the world are you getting all that protein in? I cant tolerate soft foods so i backed up to the full liquids stage again i will try again next week with the soft mushie stage. But share with e your protein intake I need that. Take care Good Luck

I'm still on fluids ,have some nausea, lots of gas pain,I've been cleared to start soft puree foods today, but not sure if I want since nothing is happening , I feel so discouraged , I'm going through all this and nothing has happened, I have my first follow up tomorrow and gonna go to the office tomorrow with a measley pound lost. Starting to have buyers remorse.

Pills POSTOP?
Probably not.. my surgeon has me on chewables and the kind that dissolve in your mouth. You may even be able to crush them that's a possibility.
