  1. hey all. I need some help. I got banded april 2008 and it was smooth sailing for a year. I lost nearly 30 kg and fell pregnant. Pregnancy went very well & i only gained about 9 kg which I was very happy about. But I went overdue with the baby and my OB wanted to induce me. I was then made to take ALL my fluid out incase I needed emergency general anasthaesia. Well it all went downhill from there. The baby was fine but Ofcourse I ate everything in site. it is now 10 months since I had my son and I have gained 15 kg. Half the weight I originally lost. I have gone for two or three fills (gotta love baby brain, im unsure now!), i have some amount of restriction, but not enough. I have booked another fill for this coming friday, But its not just that. I am eating the wrong foods. Chocolate, cheese, saucy food, deep fried fish, pastas, cream, mayonnaise, etc, all the no-no's that seem to slip past the band easily. I need some motivation to get back on track. I dont want to become one of those moms who live in sweat pants. I want to be a yummy mummy, healthy and fit so I can raise my son to be healthy and fit too and break this cycle before it;s too late. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
