    I like the attitude and aftercare with Dr. Garth Davis. I personally am turned off by tv advertising by doctors. There are other docs that don't advertise on tv that are good as well. Make sure your aftercare program is adequate. Truffles 11/24/06 -26

    BCBS of Massachusetts very quickly approved me and my husband. We wrote out a spreadsheet of diets we had tried and approximate time frame and success/failure. They didn't require a lot of documentation.
