  1. I had my surgery four years ago, and one of the toughest things is to find a liquid something to have post surgery and post fills days. You need to find something that tastes good, and is packed with nutrition. Also, good to find something that is all natural, not full of all that chemical stuff you see in some of the widely marketed stuff. I recently found a shake mix that is all of the above, and I wish I would have had it years ago. It is called Cinch. Comes in vanilla, choc. and strawberry. Very filling too.
