  1. What types of symptoms did you notice that improved since you began taking the supplement?
  2. I feel a bit more energetic and my lower back doesnt ache as much as it did. It still hurts, but it is more manageable. My level was 12. what was yours? How often do you take the capsules? Do you have to recheck your blood level? What prompted your doc to order the lab test?
  3. My internist prescribed 50 thousand international units twice per week for 6 weeks and then another blood test. I have taken three doses so far and feel so much better!!!
  4. I got the results of my lab tests and it seems that i am very deficient in vitamin D. My result was 12. i was wondering if anyone else had this issue and what was done about it.:thumbup:
