I had been on the weight loss roller coaster for years. Going to weight loss clinics, losing the pounds, gaining them back, taking diet pills, and taking the weight loss shots. You know....that roller coaster. I finally decieded to get off the roller coaster. My health was slowly and consistantly going down hill. Weight loss surgery was something I had on my mind for a long time. I was finally ready for the change so I began reading all I could about it. I made may appointment with Dr Spegiel and and 4 months later I was on the road to weight loss. Today, I feel great. And with no regrets. I would do it again if I had to.
