Yes, we should! I have been dying to get out of the house and walking. I have been taking my daughter out to the park everyday but I just wanna w-a-l-k some of this weight off :-)

I have hit a plateau and I think it's because of food choices, as well. I was at my sweet spot, but they took a little out because my sinus drainage was making it so I couldn't hold anything down. I have been able to eat more and have things I couldn't have before and i don't like that. Hoping for a little more of a fill next time! I'm glad you are almost to your sweet spot! Feels nice!

It is crazy....I vary day by day on how it goes down, but I've been okay with it. It is soooo much better than no restriction. It's taken me awhile to get true restriction, so I'm happy! I might have to try the juicer...sounds yummy!

It was good to hear from you! I have Zumba at home, but I have to get motivated to do it! I am going slowly...almost to the 40 pound mark, but I can start to tell a difference. Hopefully, it keeps coming off. I dont' care if it's slow, as long as it happens!

Hi, there! I have been kind of yo-yo-ing. I they put more fluid back in my band and I lost the weight I regained from the fluid they took out. But, hopefully (and slowly) I'm on my way back down. How much fluid do you have right now?

Hi there! So far so good...Just waiting for my first fill Monday. I have kind of bottomed out on my weight loss since I introduced real food again. How are you doing? Everything going good?

Best of luck on your upcoming surgery! It was overall pretty easy. Just make sure to walk and keep drinking fluids. You will do great!

Ooops, just saw your previous message, too! Give your husband a good pat on the back. mine is being fabulous as well. He is doing everything for me, the kids are at my parents, and I am just relaxing. It's really a mini vacation until Saturday when the kids come back...lol. My husband works nights and took tonight off to be with me. And, seeing how I can't lift my 16 month old right now, we figured it was easier for them to take a mini vacation with the grandparents :-) Take care and I hope everything goes great for you!

It went good...I am a little sore, but doing better than I anticipated doing! I can't seem to get enough liquids, though. I'm not too sleepy right now, but I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow.....the Lortab they have me taking tends to keep my up when it knocks most people out...go figure! do you have any gas pains or anything yet?

Hi, Latin_Starr! I am stoked for the surgery! I must admit, my favorite part of the day is when I can have my Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones meal. I can also have a little sherbert and, without that, I would be totally lost. The diet has me so feeling so ran down! lol. The sherbert gives me just a little boost of energy. I'll be glad to be looking good this time next year. Best of luck!!
