  1. I had my lapband on Nov. 6, 2009. I too have had 3 fills because I didn't feel full or anything. This last fill though has worked. My weight loss hasn't been very fast or steady! I too workout at least 5 days a week. I walk everyday 1.5 miles. I have just recently started weight training. Pre-op I weighed 246, I now weigh 228. I am a little discouraged because the weight loss has been so slow!
