  1. Hi. This is my first posting, although I 've found some valuable information on this site in the past. Thanks to all for your openness. I had Lap-Band 02/26/06. It has worked o.k....I'm down 5 sizes and about 40+ lbs.(From 247 to 205) However, I have had more pbing and vomitting than I ever have. It sucks. I have talked to my DR about removal but he has been reluctant and only wants to adjust. Tomorrow I go back to see him...I've come to realize that it's time to get it out. I can hardly keep anything but liquids down and I'm experiencing severe and frequent headaches. I am thankful that I have lost the weight thus far. I am just tired of the drama...too tight, too loose, burping, vomitting, "soft foods..." etc. Even knowing what I know now, I would still have gone through with. I guess we'll see what DR says.. Thank you for listening...
