I have had high blood pressure for a few years and recently was diagnosed with Diabeties. I did not want to take insulin for the rest of my life. I have tried numerous diets and could never lose weight. I have been fat most of my life. After doing lots of research I decided to find out more about Lap Band. It took me over a year to get my surgery.  I was told my insurance company that the surgery would be covered if it was medically necessary. To make a long story short the insurance refused to pay. February 1st my insurance changed and they approved my surgery. On Febuary 17th I had my surgery.
