  2. Yes I had a food funeral for a week before my surgery. I ate everything that was my favorite food and lots of it!! Seriously ordered 2 orders of my favorite Thai noodles with the intention of eating one for lunch and one for dinner. Nope I was grieving and needed them both at one sitting!
  3. Me too Starry!! She should write a book on the VSG!! She is just a wealth of knowledge and I wish I had 1/4th of what she knows. I am 7 weeks post op and I can't seem to eat solid foods with out getting the slimes or throwing up. I just can't seem to pulverize the food before I swallow it or I eat to fast. Somedays I think I made the worst mistake of my life, because I miss eating without pain so much.
  4. I was sleeved on the March 23rd. I have a burning pain between my large incision and belly button. My skin hurts to touch and burns. I hope it will go away soon too.
  5. I would take a Melatonin. It always helps me sleep. Its natural and safe.
  6. Hey JDR! Are you doing well? Did you talk to any of his patients that were a year or so post op? That is what is keeping me from choosing him.
  7. Okay so I really want to find some of Dr. Kelly's patients out here that are 7 months or more post op. Are you out there?? How are you doing?
