  9. Some people, a very small percentage, do not respond properly to the artificial thyroid hormone Synthroid. I know because I was on Synthroid. My blood values showed excess circulating hormone, but my body did not convert it properly and I was freezing, puffy, incredibly forgetful and deepening depression. After years of doctors insisting on Synthroid, I finally found an updated endocrinologist and she put me on the natural hormone called Armour dessicated thyroid hormone. After 25 years on Armour, I feel great. You can also have low blood pressure. If your hubby wants housework done after you are adjusting to a tremendous physical change, he should hire a maid and let you get the rest you deserve. He can also do it himself. The best to you on your journey.

  14. I had h pylori a few years ago. Did the treatment and I took the breath test and had an endoscopic biopsy. Negative for years. You can get reinfected if you eat contaminated undercooked meats, especially poultry. Just do treatment again and follow instructions EXACTLY. Good luck!
  15. I am a senior citizen with a BMI of 35 plus a couple of health conditions that would benefit from some kind of weight loss surgery, excluding a bypass. I'm in Florida. Anyone considering a doctor in FL for either a lap band or sleeve?
