  2. Hello everybody! I'm a new "bandster" 6 wks post op and trying this site out for the first time. I enjoy reading all of your helpful information, suggestions and warnings. I have always LOVED salads and have been craving them a lot lately. How long before I will be able to add a good tossed salad to my diet? Also, will I ever be able to eat spicy foods again? Boneless Buffalo chicken was my favorite salad topper.
